Kids, Books and the Arts is an annual project done in conjunction with the New Hampshire Summer Reading Program. Each fall, a group of children's librarians selects 8-12 presenters to be included on the Kids, Books and the Arts Roster. In the spring, these Roster presenters perform at a showcase attended by NH librarians. The librarians can then apply for grants to bring the KBA Roster presenters to their communities during the Summer Reading Program.
Below please find the application for 2014 Kids, Books and the Arts grants and the descriptions of the programs and workshops available from the presenters on the 2014 Kids, Books and the Arts Roster.
Libraries must submit grant applications by 4pm on Friday, March 28, 2014.
