Kids, Books and the Arts is an annual project done in conjunction with the NH Summer Reading Program. Approximately 8-10 artists and presenters are chosen each fall to be included on the KBA Roster. In the spring, these Roster presenters perform at a showcase attended by NH librarians. The librarians can then apply for a grant to bring a Roster presenter to their community during the summer reading program.
If you have a program geared to children and you would like to apply for the 2010 Kids, Books and the Arts Roster, please read the letter below and complete the application. The application along with the required supporting materials should be postmarked no later than October 19, 2009 and sent to Ann Hoey at the state library.
