Peterborough - The South Meadow School had Eyes On Owls come to the school in October 2005. Marcia Wilson, who heads the owl program, brought 6 live owls. Mrs. Wilson and her husband Mark shared a slide show of his nature photos which he had taken of various owls in the wild. The whole presentation was magnificent. Seeing the owls up close was a rare treat for staff and children. The owls ranged from the smallest of species such as the Eastern Screech Owl and Northern Saw-whet Owl to the larger owls such as the Barred Owl and more! If anyone is interested in having this presentation, Marcia Wilson may be reached at (978) 649-3779 in Dunstable, MA.
