NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE COUNCIL ON THE ARTS TO HOLD FREE REGIONAL MEETINGS
State Arts Council staff will travel around the state during the last two weeks of October to provide information on grants guidelines and services as well as to invite comments on the first draft of the Arts Council's updated strategic plan. Artists, representatives of arts organizations, communities, schools and all who are interested in learning more about the State Arts Council's work are encouraged to attend these free sessions.
Meet with the State Arts Council staff and Councilors from your region to ask questions and learn about updates on public funding for the arts and changes to grants guidelines, and details on the many opportunities available within the State Arts Council's give grant programs: Arts in Education, Artist Services, Community Arts, Organizational Support, and Traditional Arts. Get some tips to help you to write an effective grant proposal to the Council.
Pre-registration is recommended. Please call 271-2789, or e-mail mdurkee@nharts.state.nh.us. For speech/hearing impaired, call TTY/TDD 1-800-735-2964. All locations are physically accessible.
