NEW HAMPSHIRE HISTORY MUSEUM OFFERS VIEW FROM THE TOP
In partnership with the Mount Washington Observatory, the N.H. Historical Society has opened a mini-exhibition at the Museum of New Hampshire History called How's the Weather Up There? The display features a weather balloon and equipment used to measure changes in weather, as well as a computer kiosk giving weather conditions and live images from the summit of Mount Washington. The mini-exhibition, sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New Hampshire, is on view from November 29, 2002 through March 16, 2003. There is no charge for viewing the display in the main museum lobby. For more information, call (603) 228-6688. |
