INTERLIBRARY LOAN REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM ANNOUNCED
For the second year, the N.H. State Library will be awarding grants to libraries that loanded more books than they borrowed. This year's awards were based on 1996 statistics as reported in the public library annual reports.
