The state library awarded 52 Kids, Books and the Arts grants totaling more than $14, 500. We received 66 applications from libraries around the state. The Kids, Books and the Arts program allows libraries to bring musicians, puppeteers, storytellers and magicians to their communities to help promote their summer reading program.
