A reminder that the deadline for Mooseplate Conservation Grant applications is August 31, 2006. Public Libraries are encouraged to apply who are in need of funds for protecting endangered historical materials. The NH State Library is pleased to announce the addition of a number of new online courses available to the members of WebJunction New Hampshire. As with the other offerings, these are all paid for by NHSL, and are at no cost to the members. The most exciting new courses are a series of Library Science courses coming from the University of North Texas.

The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) recently launched NFB-LINK, a new online mentoring program for blind persons and others interested in learning about blindness.
