This cooperative consists of all of the Maine and New Hampshire public, school, academic, and special libraries and the libraries of Vermont's Green Mountain Library Cooperative. This contract runs for three years.

The PDF that contains the information is in a password protected page hosted by the Maine State Library. To get the ID and password to access the page contact the NHAIS Help Desk or Bobbi Slossar. Do not share this information on any other large listservs. (A well-controlled co-op list, for instance, would be fine though.) This is all at the request of the vendors.

Please note that all print and multimedia vendors must include free shipping as a standard part of this contract (see page 5 of the pdf document).

Also know that you might find better deals for some products through the NHAIS Lyrasis discounts. Be sure to "shop around." (SCOOP contacted the vendors in hopes that they could match the Lyrasis contract, but they were not able to match them due to our smaller numbers in SCOOP.)
