Patron cards measuring approximately 3.5" wide by 2.25" high are available in 15 mil, 20 mil, and 30 mil weights and may be ordered in quantities of no less than 1500 cards either with or without barcodes. Camera-ready copy (for both the front and back of the cards) is required and should be sent by mail with information on the type and quantity of cards desired to:

You should receive a proof sheet of the card design within about 10 business days. The proof sheets must be signed and returned to the vendor (the address will be included with the proofs) before your cards can be produced. Patron cards are shipped directly to the ordering library and you should expect to receive your cards within 3-4 weeks after returning the signed proof sheets. An invoice from NHAIS Services for the full cost of your order will be sent under separate cover.
