2005 NH Preliminary Public Library Statistics – Topical Worksheets

Presented in these Excel files are the results of the 2005 New Hampshire Public Library Annual Reports (NHPLAR) submitted by the public libraries to the NH State Library.

Please note that these are officially "Preliminary" statistics. The final "official" statistics will be released by the National Center for Education Statistics - these are expected to be released by NCES sometime in late 2007.

These NH statistics are available in two different Excel files:

The first is the complete, massive Excel file, in read only format, for those who have Excel and with to do their own cross comparisons and excerpt their own data of choice.

The second is broken into 32 worksheets. Each presents the libraries in alphabetical order by the name of the library, e.g. the Byron G. Merrill Library is at the end of the B's, not in the R's under Rumney.   In a few cases, this may differ from the “Legal Name of the Library”, which was used the previous two years.  To assist you in finding a specific library, there is an index file at the end of the worksheets.
