Living Simply through the Day (Spiritual Survival in a Complex Age) by Tilden Edwards.  I am a Christian.  I am a parishoner.  But those two facts, in my opinion, are not required in reading this book.  This book as they say "Tells it like it is!"  It let's you in on how to live, simply.  Live is not simple but I believe this book will help anyone, if read without the idea that it will "cure all."  What it may do is heal, some.
