• 2009 Grant Report
  
  Please download the 2009 grant report form, paste the content of the form into a word processing document, fill it out on your computer, save it, and then print it and send it to us via US Mail, along with a copy of each item created for this project so that we can see how the required Granite State Reads funding credit statement was integrated into your materials.(Photocopies of printed materials are fine.)
  
  Organizations that receive Granite State Reads grants and do not submit their completed grant report by the deadline (see key dates at left) will be INELIGIBLE to receive a Granite State Reads grant for the next two grant cycles.
  

• 2010 Grant Application
  

  Please download the 2010 Application Form, either as a pdf or as a Word document, paste the content of the form into a new document, fill it out on your computer, save it, and then print it and send it to us via US Mail, or create a pdf of the completed form and email it to us as an attachment. Applications sent by US Mail must be postmarked no later thant the application deadline (see key dates at left) and recieved no more than 5 business days later. Emailed applications must be recieved before midnight on the day of the deadline.
