Each year about several hundred renewal forms are returned to the Commission office by the Postal Service. If we cannot find you, we cannot send you a renewal form. Licensees are reminded that it is their obligation to notify the Real Estate Commission of a change of address. They are also reminded that, for their convenience, a change of address form is attached to their pocket identification card.

Further, licensees are advised that if they do not notify the Commission of their address change and their license lapses, they can be sure that any request for reinstatement, because the licensee didn’t receive a renewal application due to a wrong address, stands a good chance of being denied. This means that to become licensed again, the applicant will have to pass a qualifying examination!
