• An Application for License as a Real Estate Firm/Corporation Form 3-RE must be completed, along with a copy of your business' Certificate of Existence (for corporations and LLC's), a Certificate of Good Standing (for other firms) or a Certificate

• A $90.00 fee is required to license a firm or corporation.
• 
  
• Should there be branch offices registered under the firm or corporation; each branch office is required to be licensed as well.  You may obtain an application for a branch at www.nh.gov/nhrec/license.html.
