Instructions
- An Application for License as a Real Estate Firm/Corporation Form 3-RE must be
completed, along with a copy of the Certificate of Existence (for corporations
and LLC's), Certificate (for all other firms), or Certificate of
Authorization (for out of state corporations or firms).
- A $100.00 fee is required to license a firm or corporation.
- Should there be branch offices registered under the firm or corporation; each branch
office is required to be licensed as well. You may obtain an application for a
branch at www.nh.gov/nhrec/license.html.
