Complete the first three pages of this form and send, along with a $75 check or money order made payable to the Treasurer, State of New Hampshire; to the Commission's address below.
Please notify the Commission on this form whether you wish to renew as an "active" or "inactive" broker.
Before the commission can renew your license, you must prove that you have attended an approved continuing education course by enclosing the white copy of the education credit affidavit that you received from the school offering the course. Both "active" and "inactive" renewal applicants must have taken the 3-hour "core" C.E. course.
A list of the schools/instructors approved to teach the 3 hour "core" continuing education course is printed on the fourth page of the renewal application form. After March 1, 1999, "active" brokers only will have to take 6 hours of continuing education electives, along with the 3 hour core course. A list of schools/instructors teaching these electives follows.
