Complete the renewal form below and send, along with a $80 check or money order made
payable to the Treasurer, State of New Hampshire, to the Commission's address below.
Before the Commission can renew your license, you must prove to the Commission
that you have completed the continuing education requirements by enclosing the white copy
of the education credit affidavit which you received from the school or instructor
offering the course. This school or instructor must be accredited by the Real Estate
Commission. Please review the list of accredited continuing education core and elective courses, to ensure that the course you have
completed is accredited. Any elective course you may have completed, which is not
accredited, will not be considered towards your fulfillment of the educational
requirements, unless it is submitted to the Real Estate Commission for individual
accreditation, along with the content outline of the course and a $10 evaluation fee per
course. The core course is a mandatory course for all licensees.
Please notify the Commission on this form whether you wish to renew as an
"active" or "inactive" salesperson.
