• Please remember that a passing score on the NH salesperson's real estate exam is required before the commission can accept a salesperson licensing application.

• Complete all four pages of the form and send, along with a $55 check or money order made payable to the Treasurer, State of New Hampshire; to the Commission's address below.
• 
  
• Please notify the Commission on this form whether you wish to be an "active" or "inactive" salesperson.
• 
  
• "Active" Applicants: Before the Commission can issue your license, you must have found a licensed broker who has agreed to employ you or otherwise contract with you to perform services as a real estate salesperson. "Inactive" salespeople do not need to find employing brokers unless they decide to activate their licenses later.
