Here is a list of the Commission fees as set under the Administrative Rules:

a) Original Individual or Firm Broker's License and Renewal

b) Original Salesperson's License and Renewal

c) Broker, Salesperson, or Firm Duplicate License

d) Broker, Salesperson or Firm License Amendment

e) Certificate of License and Good Standing

f) Application for Broker Examination

g) Application for Salesperson Examination $115

h) Dishonored Checks, Drafts, or Money Orders
    (or 5% of the face amount of check, whichever is greater)

i) Penalty for Renewing a License within 6 Months of its Expiration

i)  Real Estate Course Provider Accreditation & Re-accreditation Fee $50
