Board Members

9 Members appointed to the board

• 6 members appointed by the Governor
• 1 member appointed by the President of the NH Bar Association
• 2 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Except legislative members, each person shall serve for a 3 year term and until a successor is appointed and qualified.

The 2 public members shall be appointed to 3-year terms.

Initially the 5 members from the housing associations, tenants association and the bar association shall serve 1 year terms, after which the term will be a 3 year term.

The 2 Legislative members shall serve terms which are coterminous to their terms in the General Court.
