From Portsmouth and points South:
Take the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) North to Exit 9 in Dover. Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester approximately 2 miles. Office will be on the right next to the Marsh Brook Medical Center.
From the North:
Take Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) South to Exit 9 in Dover. Turn right after exiting turnpike. Go over the Spaulding Turnpike and stay straight to next major intersection, then get in the far-left turning lane at light. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester approximately 2 miles. Office will be on the right next to the Marsh Brook Medical Center.
From Manchester:
Take Route 101 East towards Portsmouth. Take Exit 7 off Route 101 and turn left onto Route 125. Follow Route 125 to Route 155. Turn Right onto Route 155. Stay on Route 155 to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in Dover (this will be exit 8). Go North on Route 16 to Exit 9. Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester approximately 2 miles. Office will be on the right next to the Marsh Brook Medical Center.
From Concord:
Take I-393 East towards Portsmouth. Once I-393 ends, stay on Route 4 to Route 155 just a few miles east of Lee Traffic Circle. Turn left onto Route 155. Stay on Route 155 to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in Dover (this will be exit 8). Go North on Route 16 to Exit 9. Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester. Go approximately 2 miles. Office will be on the right next to the Marsh Brook Medical Center.
From Lakes Region:
Take Route 11 East to Rochester. Go over the Spaulding Turnpike into Rochester. Go straight through town, you will now be on Route 108. Stay on Route 108 for approximately 6 miles. Pass the Frisbee Memorial Hospital and go through 2 traffic lights. The office will be on the left just before the Marsh Brook Medical Center.
