From the East:
From Kittery/York, ME, come into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle on either Route 1 South or I-95 South.

From Berwick, ME, come into Dover on either Route 9 or 4. Once in Dover, take the Spaulding Turnpike South into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

From Sanford, ME, take Route 202 to the Spaulding Turnpike. Take the turnpike south until you come into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

From the West:
From Nashua/Salem, take 495 North to I-95 North into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

From Manchester, take Route 101 to Exeter. In Exeter, exit Route 101 at the "Stratham/Portsmouth" exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left (Route 33). Follow Route 33 through Greenland and Stratham into Portsmouth. As you come into Portsmouth, Route 33 will cross over Route I-95. Take Route I-95 North to the exit for the Portsmouth Traffic Circle (you will exit right in less than a mile).

From Concord, take Route 9/4 south to the Lee Traffic Circle where Route 4 will intersect with Route 125. Continue on Route 4 south toward Portsmouth/Seacoast. When you reach the Dover Point area, you will be able to connect with the Spaulding Turnpike. Take the turnpike south until it brings you into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

From the North:
From the Northwest side of the State (Littleton, Lincoln), take I-93 South to Concord, then follow the above directions from Concord.

From the Northeast side of the State (Berlin, Conway), take Route 16 south to the Spaulding Turnpike at Farmington. From there, take the turnpike south to Portsmouth, coming into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

From the South:
From Seabrook, take I-95 North into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

ALL POINTS FROM THE PORTSMOUTH TRAFFIC CIRCLE:
Coming from any of the above directions, exit the Portsmouth Traffic Circle on US Route 1 South Bypass (this road will become US Route 1 South/Lafayette Rd. within a mile). About a mile and a half from the rotary circle (at the intersection), you will see a Market Basket store on your right (in a mini mall/plaza), we are located in the third building past this plaza on the right at 2000 Lafayette Road. A blue sign reads, "Seacoast NH WORKS Job & Information Center."
