    for the uninsured and underinsured who need help getting Pfizer medicines.

Food Stamp Logo

  • The Food Stamp Program provides eligible individuals and households with benefits used to purchase food items at a grocery store, supermarket or other participating food retailer.

Commission for Human Rights
  • The Commission for Human Rights was established for the purpose of eliminating discrimination because of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, creed, color, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability or national origin.
