Licensure Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of at least one year of apprenticeship training

Examination

  • Not required

Continuing Education

  • Three hours of continuing education for each individual classification, and completion of a sterilization course

Fees

Initial license, first classification $150.00
Initial license, each additional classification $75.00
Annual renewal, first classification $100.00
Annual renewal, each additional classification $75.00

Reciprocity:

  • Permitted—applicant must have documentation of practicing in another state for at least three years

Residence/Citizenship:  Neither New Hampshire residency nor US citizenship is required
