NHUIS Claims Assistance

The New Hampshire Unemployment Insurance System (NHUIS) Claims Assistance provides Employment Security staff with the information they need to quickly resolve your problems filing a claim. Please complete the online assistance form and a staff member will contact you shortly to help you with your claim.

Any questions, suggestions or comments you may wish to make about the services you receive at your local NH Employment Security offices will be appreciated, and will receive prompt, personal attention. If you have questions regarding your unemployment claim, use this as well. A reply to each email will be sent. In order to best serve you, please allow at least 72 hours or 3 business days for us to respond to any prior contact you have made with this department. We respond to all inquiries in the order they were received. NH Employment Security reserves the right to reprint and disseminate to interested parties all comments and suggestions received, unless you explicitly request otherwise. 

Please do NOT include your Social Security Number in your email.  Please do provide your whole name, address and phone number so that someone may contact you, if necessary.
