OPERATION WELCOME HOME
NH DOC RE-ORIENTATION
Upon returning to duty with the DOC you will participate in a re-orientation process which will consist of two phases; phase one will deal with general information regarding departmental issues and phase two will deal with divisional issues which will be assignment (facility) specific. Staff members assigned to NCF will not be required to travel to Concord for the first phase; all activities will be completed at NCF.
Employee Health Services (EHS) has been identified as the Liaison with NHNGR and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). Notification of your pending return has generated the letters that have been sent to your APO and home addresses. Contact with EHS has determined your return to work date.

- Meeting with Commissioner

- New/revised Employee Handbook
- Employee Record review/update

- Update payroll records, deposits, insurance payments, SEA dues, etc
- Change of address, dependent status

- Obtain Choicelinx password and access
- Apply for new insurance ID cards

Phase Two: Divisional Re-orientation
Report to facility HRC

"off shift" staff will be assigned to day shift for about 1 month
* All Reorientation activities for Staff Members who are either assigned to NCF or have a Sponsor from NCF will be conducted at NCF. |
