Minimum Security Inmate Missing from Concord Transitional Housing Unit
(Concord, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that a minimum security inmate is missing from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord. Daniel David Fichera, III, 40, of Lowell, Massachusetts left the facility to go to work and never arrived there. He was placed on walkaway status at approximately 1:45 pm on Monday, May 5, 2014.
Inmate Fichera is described as a white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 235 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on his left forearm and right upper arm.
He is currently serving a 1 to 3 year prison sentence from Merrimack County Superior Court for Delivery of Articles to Prisoners. He began serving this sentence on October 30, 2012 and was eligible for parole August 17, 2013. He will complete his sentence on August 17, 2015.
