Minimum Security Inmate Missing from Manchester Halfway House

(Manchester, N.H.) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that a resident of the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester failed to report to work as directed and was placed on walkway status. Brandon Stewart McNeil, 23, of Manchester left the Lowell Street transitional unit at approximately 8:30 am on November 21, 2013 and failed to report to work. He was placed on walkaway status at approximately 11:45 am.

McNeil is described as a white male, 5’ 9” tall, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was sentenced in Hillsborough County Superior Court to 1 – 3 years for burglary with 133 days of time served credited to his sentence. He was admitted to the New Hampshire State Prison on July 17, 2012 and was eligible for parole on March 5, 2013. His maximum release date is March 5, 2015.

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections Investigations Bureau and the New Hampshire State Police are investigating. Anyone with information on the offender’s whereabouts should contact their local law enforcement agency or the New Hampshire State Prison at 603-271-1801.
