Minimum Security Inmate Missing from New Hampshire Halfway House
(Manchester, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that an inmate walked away from the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester on Friday, October 4, 2013. Antonio Lionel Dustin, 53, of Manchester, New Hampshire was permitted to leave the facility at 4:00 am to go to work and failed to return at his 6:00 pm scheduled time. He was placed on walkaway status at 7:00 pm.
Inmate Dustin is described as a white male, 5 foot 6 inches, 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his right arm.
He was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and received a 1 1/2 - 4 year sentence. He was admitted to the New Hampshire State Prison on March 13, 2012 and was eligible for parole on September 8, 2013. His maximum release date will be March 11, 2016.
