Minimum Security Inmate Walks Away From Concord Halfway House
(Concord, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that a minimum security inmate has walked away from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord. At approximately 7:45 am on October 19, 2012, Robert Waldo Gallagher, II, 43, of Franklin, New Hampshire, left the facility to go to work and failed to arrive. He was placed on walkaway status at approximately 9:30 am.
Inmate Gallagher is described as a white male, 70 inches tall, 195 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo on his chest and several scars on both arms and right leg. He was sentenced in Grafton County Superior Court to a 2 to 4 year sentence for Receiving Stolen Property. He was admitted to the New Hampshire State Prison on March 10, 2011 with a parole eligibility date of March 8, 2013. His sentence ends on March 8, 2015.
