Minimum Security Inmate Missing From Manchester Transitional Housing Unit
(Manchester, N.H.) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that Scott David Titus, 44, of Amesbury, Massachusetts, left the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester on June 22, 2012 at 9:00 am and failed to return at his scheduled time of 1:00 pm. He had been approved to leave the facility to seek employment.
Inmate Titus is described as 65 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder.
Inmate Titus is serving a 1 ½ - to 7 year sentence for burglary out of Rockingham County Superior Court. He began serving the sentence on November 6, 2009 and was eligible for parole on May 4, 2011. His sentence will end on November 3, 2016.
