Administrative Home Confinment Inmate Missing
(Winchester, N.H.) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that an inmate placed on Administrative Home Confinement (electronic monitoring) has walked away. At approximately 10:00 p.m. on June 12, 2011, the Keene Dustrict Probation/Parole Office was iinformed that there was a "not present" alarm on inmate Eric David Lord, 40, of Winchester, N.H. He was placed on walkaway status. New Hampshire State Police and the Department of Corrections are investigating.
Inmate Lord is described as a white male, five feet seven inches tall, 210 pounds, with blue eyes, and brown hair. He has multiple tattoos on his back, abdomen, calf, neck and arms. He is currently serving a 3-6 year sentence from Cheshire County Superior Court for burglary. He entered the prison on August 4, 2009 and is eligible for parole on December 3, 2011. He petitioned to be placed on Administrative Home Confinement and was approved after meeting the necessary requirements. He was transferred to this status on June 7, 2011.
