Corrections Creations Offers Many Great Gift Ideas

(Concord, N.H.) With Mother’s Day approaching the New Hampshire Department of Corrections reminds shoppers that its hobby craft and retail store offers many great gift ideas. Corrections Creations at 314 North State Street in Concord has a wide array of inmate-made products for sale.

The wood products run the gamut from everyday items like chairs, tables, and shelves to unique products such as Cribbage boards in the shape of the State of New Hampshire and handcrafted wooden cutting boards. There are also an assortment of jewelry products and a line of amusing bumper stickers for your vehicle.

The items are all created and built by inmates who participate in the prison’s hobby craft program. The inventory changes regularly and items that are for sale now may not be available again in the near future, if at all.
