Minimum Security Inmate Missing from Transitional Housing Unit
(Concord, N.H.) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that a minimum security inmate walked away from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord on December 11, 2009. Kevin Robert LeBlanc, 47, of Manchester, received permission to leave the facility to seek employment at 8:00 a.m. and failed to report in at 12:00 p.m. as scheduled. He was placed on walkaway status.
Inmate LeBlanc is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 161 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has three tattoos on his left arm and one on his upper right arm. He is serving a one to three year sentence for theft by unauthorized taking from Hillsborough County Superior Court in Manchester. He is eligible for parole on January 2, 2010 with a maximum release date of January 2, 2012.
