Sexual Offender Parolee Placed on Absconded Status
(Concord, NH) A New Hampshire state-sentenced offender who was recently paroled failed to show up for a scheduled meeting with his Probation/Parole Officer on September 4, 2007 and was placed on absconded status.
David Kendrick, 41, of Concord was paroled from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord on August 28, 2007. He attended an initial meeting at the parole office but his supervising officer was unavailable. He was asked to return on September 4, 2007 and did not. He is registered with the New Hampshire Department of Safety’s Sexual Offender Registry.
Kendrick is 5 foot 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, with a medium build. He has short brown hair and blue eyes. There is a tattoo on his upper right arm with the letters USMC.
He was sentenced in Cheshire County Superior Court to 3 ½ - to 10 years for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and 3 ½ - 7 years for Second Degree Assault. He was admitted to the prison on March 17, 2003. He remains on parole until July 29, 2012.
