Parole Revoked for Inmate Who Walked Away
(Concord, NH) On June 12, 2007, the New Hampshire Adult Parole Board held a parole reconsideration hearing for New Hampshire State Prison Inmate Francis R. Gay. The Parole Board revoked his parole until after such time as his new felony escape charges are resolved. The parole hearing lasted approximately five minutes. He had previously been approved for parole on April 26, 2007.
On May 9, 2007, Inmate Gay failed to return to the North End Halfway House in Concord after being permitted to attend a community meeting. He turned himself into the U.S. Marshall in Concord, New Hampshire on May 15, 2007. Inmate Gay remains held in the New Hampshire State Prison.
