NH Department of Corrections Recognizes Employees at Women's Prison
(Goffstown, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections held its annual employee recognition ceremonies during Correctional Employees Appreciation Week. The events, which recognize staff at four prisons, three halfway houses, and eleven district offices, were held at each facility.
At the NH State Prison for Women (NHSP/W), a Correctional Officer, a civilian employee, and a team of employees were recognized for their devotion to duty and hard work.

• 2006-2007 Team of the Year: Second Shift
Joanne Fortier is the Acting-Warden at NHSP/W. The facility manages a daily offender population of approximately 125 multi-security level females. |
