Hurricane Katrina Relief for Corrections Facilities

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is working with the Association of State Correctional Administrators (ASCA) to assist families and staff at Departments of Correction in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama devastated by Hurricane Katrina in August.

NH-DOC staff and the general public may send donations to the Association of State Correctional Administrators (ASCA), which will then be wired directly to these Correctional agencies in those hurricane-ravaged regions.

This will allow the funds to be distributed more quickly to help these families recover from their losses.

If someone is sending a check or money order, it should be made:
