William L. Wrenn Sworn in as NH Corrections Commissioner

(Concord) Governor John H. Lynch swore in William L. Wrenn as Commissioner of Corrections following the regular Executive Council meeting, held at the State House on December 21, 2005.  (Left-to-right) Commissioner Wrenn, Executive Councilor Ruth Griffin, and Governor John H. Lynch.
