HALFWAY HOUSE INMATE REPORTED MISSING
(Concord, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections reports that on July 12, 2005, a halfway house inmate failed to report in to the North End House, Concord as required. The inmate, Daniel David Fichera, III, 31, of Lowell, Massachusetts, received permission to seek employment in the Concord area. He failed to return to the halfway house at the appropriate time and was placed on escape status at approximately 12:30 PM.
Inmate Fichera is a white male, 6 foot 4 inches tall, 265 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of two roses over a banner on his lower left arm and “Daniel & Christine” tattooed on his upper right arm. Inmate Fichera is currently incarcerated on a parole violation with a maximum release date of March 21, 2006. His original sentence was 4 1/2 – 9 years for robbery.
Security procedures aimed at apprehension have been initiated. The New Hampshire State Police and NH DOC are investigating. Anyone with information about this individual should call local law enforcement authorities. |
