PROBATION/PAROLE DISTRICT OFFICES MOVE TO NEW QUARTERS
(Concord, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Division of Field Services announced that it has moved two of its district offices to new facilities. Larry Blaisdell, Director of Field Services, said, the Merrimack County District Office in Concord and the Southern Hillsborough County District Office in Nashua are in new quarters, effective this week.
The Merrimack County District Office has relocated from 105 Pleasant Street to 314 North State Street, in Concord. The new offices are located in the former location of the prison hobbycraft retail store.
The Nashua District Office has moved from 33 East Pearl Street to 5-I Pine Street Extension, #6 Mill South. The new offices are located in a section of a vacant mill building.
Blaisdell said, "These new offices will help us supervise the probationers and parolees more efficiently."
The Concord District Office supervises approximately 700 offenders and 586 restitution-only cases. The Nashua District Office supervises approximately 335 offenders and 272 restitution-only cases. |
