Events submitted for consideration must be open to the general public, of general appeal to visitors of New Hampshire and must take place within the calendar year of 2008. Events submitted for consideration must be held within the state of New Hampshire.
The following is an informational breakdown of the on-line NH Quebec 400 Event submission form. An asterisk (*) will denote which questions require an answer in order to be considered for inclusion in the New Hampshire Department of Cultural Resources Quebec 400th Celebration Events Listings.
1. Name of the presenting/producing organization*
2. Mailing address of organization*
3. Organization telephone number* - This will NOT BE PUBLISHED with the listing and is only required for confirmation purposes if we need to contact you regarding your listing.
4. E-mail address - This is not required and WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED with the listing, but is another good way for us to reach you.
5. Website - This is not required, but we strongly suggest listing your site if it contains relevant information to your event and/or organization. If your site is listed, we will do our best to include it in your calendar listing.
6. Program/event name* - Please list the name of your event or program, with names of talent if applicable.
7. Description of program/event* - A few sentences to describe your event/program. Please keep as brief as possible and do not include quotes or reviews. Also, you do not need to include and dates, times, fees, etc. in your description, as it is already included in your listing.
8. Location of program/event* - The venue where the event is being held. Please try to include a specific street address as well; people find this helpful.
9. Date(s) and time of program/event* - If your event is longer than one day, please put the range of days here. For times, please be specific.
10. Contact info for event - This information may be different than the name and address of the presenting or producing organization you listed on question 1. This is the person who will be listed as the public contact for the event. If you decided to list someone, please remember to add specifics (name, phone, email, etc.)
11.Admission cost* - Please give a dollar amount or, if the event is free, please state that.

Additional Information - This box can be used to list payment options, (credit cards, on-line reservations, etc.) if one can make advanced reservations and any other restrictions or payment options.
13. Language* - We hope that many of your events will be performed/presented in French as well as English (and we encourage you to explore other relevant options). Please note here in which language(s) your event will be - people will want to know!
The New Hampshire Department of Cultural Resources reserves the right to approve, decline, add, edit or remove listings associated with the Quebec 400th Celebration Events Listings.
