Additional Grant Information Sessions Scheduled

The New Hampshire State Council on the Arts has scheduled an additional day of free Grant Information Sessions for artists, arts nonprofits, schools, and community organizations. Two sessions will be held on Wednesday, November 19, at the State Arts Council’s offices, 2 ½ Beacon Street, Concord.

The first session, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will focus on services and grants geared toward individual artists and traditional artists. An afternoon session, scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m., will be tailored for representatives of schools, community groups and nonprofit arts organizations.
Grant coordinators will be on hand to provide an overview of the State Arts Council’s work and the services it provides, as well as offer tips on applying for grants for the 2010 fiscal year, which begins July 1. Breakout sessions will offer an opportunity for participants to ask more specific questions.

You must register in advance to attend. To sign up, call the State Arts Council, 271-2789.
