Arts Focus: Presidential Candidates Forum on Nov. 29 th

On November 29 th NH Citizens for the Arts, the state’s nonpartisan arts advocacy organization, will be hosting a public forum as part of the ArtsVoteNH initiative where Presidential candidates can share their positions about their support of the arts, arts education, and the creative economy in general. All New Hampshire voters who support the arts are encouraged to attend.

The forum will take place from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, November 29, in theGovernors Hall of the Capitol Center for the Arts at 44 South Main Street in Concord. Local organizations will also feature a free performing arts showcase.

NH State Cultural Resources Commissioner Van McLeod will be among the speakers who also include Americans for the Arts president and CEO Robert Lynch and Miss New Hampshire Rachel Barker, whose platform speaks to the importance of arts education.
