Mary Ellen Nicholls called the meeting to order at 9:15 AM
Minutes of the November 17, 2000 meeting were read Motion was made by Paul Finn and seconded by Ed Moquin to accept the minutes as read.

1. John Brown - board will respond to letters dated 9/27, 9/28, 11/12 and 11/29, 2000.
II. Rules and Regulations
1. Ms. Lynch will file a Rulemaking Notice form as soon as a room can be located to hold the public hearing.
III. Docketed Matters
1. Docket 2000-002 - Jodi Reichek: Hearing scheduled 1/19/01 - 1:00PM, 105 Pleasant Street, Chapel, Concord, NH.
Upon the motion of Paul Finn and the second of Ed Moquin, the Board, by roll call vote, resolved to conduct a non-public session for the purpose of discussing applications and investigations of alleged misconduct of licensees, in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II(c), RSA 91-A:3, II (e), RSA 91-A:5, IV, Lodge v. Knowlton, 118 N.H. 574 (1978), and the Board's executive and deliberative privileges. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
Upon the motion of Ed Moquin and the second of Paul Finn, the Board by roll call vote, resolved to withhold the minutes of the preceding non-public session, with the exception of approved applications, responses to motions and Disciplinary Actions until they are served, from public disclosure pursuant t RSA 91-A:3, III on the grounds that public disclosure would be likely to affect adversely the reputation of a person other than a board member and to render the proposed action ineffective. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
