Minutes of the October 19, 2001 meeting were read Motion was made by Paul Finn and seconded by Mary Ellen Nicholls to approve the minutes as read.

I. Correspondence
1. William Brehm, Ph.D. - request to be an alternative provider - Board will discuss at December meeting.
2. John Brown, Ph.D. - right to know request regarding PCC members - Board will respond with names of PCC.
3. Edward Mann, Ph.D. - question regarding donating his old psychology books, tests, etc. - Board will thank him and forward letter to NHPA.

1. Motion was made by Ed Moquin and seconded by Ron Dieter to use out of state travel funds for Paul Finn to travel to ASPPB's mid-winter meeting to be held 2/21/02 to 2/24/02 in Orlando, Florida.

2. Motion was made by Paul Finn and seconded by Judith Coleman to use out of state travel funds to send Ed Moquin to the AASCB Conference to be held 1/9/02 - 1/12/02 in Tucson, AZ.

Upon the motion of Paul Finn and the second of Ed Moquin, the Board, by roll call vote, resolved to conduct a non-public session for the purpose of discussing applications and investigations of alleged misconduct of licensees, in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II(c), RSA 91-A:3, II (e), RSA 91-A:5, IV, Lodge v. Knowlton, 118 N.H. 574 (1978), and the Board's executive and deliberative privileges. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
Upon the motion of Ed Moquin and the second of Paul Finn, the Board by roll call vote, resolved to withhold the minutes of the preceding non-public session, with the exception of approved applications, responses to motions and disciplinary actions until they are served, from public disclosure pursuant t RSA 91-A:3, III on the grounds that public disclosure would be likely to affect adversely the reputation of a person other than a board member and to render the proposed action ineffective. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
