I. Public Hearing on Rules
A. Motion was made by David Braiterman and seconded by Karen Jennings to schedule a Board meeting on December 12, 2008 for the purpose of making changes to the 7/18/09 proposed rules suggested at the public hearing held on October 31, 2008 and in written comment. Motion passed.
II. Order to Show Cause hearing on Laurence Kelly, Ed.D. – Docket No. 07-006.
A. Board Order on Show Cause hearing was issued 10/31/08.
