I. Correspondence
A. Susan Goodwin - question regarding registering as an alternative provider Motion was made by Jet Goldberg and seconded by Karen Jennings that the Board will review a draft response to this letter at the November meeting. Motion passed
B. John Caccavale - request for NAPPP to be added to Mhp 403.02 as an approved sponsor for CEU's. Motion was made by David Braiterman and seconded by Jet Goldberg to write to Mr. Caccavale and requested more information about their organization, what they do etc. Motion passed.
C. Sandra Rose, Ph.D. President, NHPA - Motion was made by Julie Introcaso and seconded by Ron Dieter to inform NHPA that the draft rules are not for public viewing and explain the rule making procedure. NHPA will be notified when the public hearing is scheduled on the rules. Motion passed.
D. Martha Hanley - Ms. Hanley had a question about her collaboration requirement. Motion was made by Sheila Renaud-Finnegan and seconded by Jet Goldberg to inform Ms. Hanley that her situation meets Mhp 404.02 (1)(a). Motion passed.
II. Hearings on Applications
A. Docket No. 2006-004 - Mary-Jeanne Raleigh, MA - A hearing was held on the application of Mary-Jeanne Raleigh for licensed clinical mental health counselor. Deliberations took place in non-public session.
Application was granted.
B. Docket No. 2006-005 - Suzanne Matheson, MA - A hearing was held on the application of Suzanne Matheson for licensed clinical mental health counselor. Deliberations took place in non-public session.
Application was denied.
Upon the motion of Jet Goldberg and seconded by Thomas Boulter, the Board, by roll call vote, resolved to conduct a non-public session for the purpose of discussing application, investigations of alleged misconduct of licensees, in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II (c), RSA 91-A:3, II (e), RSA 91-A:5, IV, Lodge v. Knowlton, 118 N.H. 574 (1978), and the Board's executive and deliberative privileges. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
Upon the motion of Jet Goldberg and the second of Thomas Boulter, the Board by roll call vote, resolved to withhold the minutes of the preceding non-public session, with the exception of approved applications, responses to motions and disciplinary actions until they are served, from public disclosure pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, III on the grounds that public disclosure would be likely to affect adversely the reputation of a person other than a Board member and to render the proposed action ineffective. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
