Minutes of the July 17, 2005 and August 26, 2005 meetings were read. Motion was made by Julie Introcaso and seconded by Karen Jennings to accept the July 17, 2005 minutes as read and add to the August 26, 2005 minutes that public members were present.

I. Correspondence
A. Arlene Brewster, Ph.D. - Motion was made by Karen Jennings and seconded by Jet Goldberg to deny Dr. Brewster's request to accept CME credits not approved by a sponsor listed in Mhp 403.02 and inform her that she can use them for Category B.
Motion passed.
B. June Strickland, MA - Motion was made by Jet Goldberg and seconded by Sheila Renaud-Finnegan to deny Ms. Strickland's request that the Board accept CE credits for a workshop not approved by a sponsor listed in Mhp 403.02 and to inform her that all CEU's must be taken during the two year licensing period.
Motion passed.
C. Mike Kandle, Ph . D. - Motion was made by Karen Jennings and seconded by Joni Haley to accept Dr. Kandle's resignation from the psychology advisory committee and to send him a thank you letter. Motion passed
D. John Brown, Ph.D . - Motion was made by Sheila Renaud-Finnegan and seconded by Joni Haley to send a letter to Dr. Brown acknowledging receipt of the letter he sent to Governor Lynch regarding Ms. Ayotte with a statement that the Board does not concur with his statements and also acknowledge receipt of the information he sent to Rep. Coburn. Motion passed.
II. Rule Writing
The Board continued reviewing the rules and making changes.
Upon the motion of Jet Goldberg and seconded by Joni Haley, the Board, by roll call vote, resolved to conduct a non-public session for the purpose of discussing application, investigations of alleged misconduct of licensees, in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II (c), RSA 91-A:3, II (e), RSA 91-A:5, IV, Lodge v. Knowlton, 118 N.H. 574 (1978), and the Board's executive and deliberative privileges. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
Upon the motion of Jet Goldberg and the second of Sheila Renaud-Finnegan, the Board by roll call vote, response to withhold the minutes of the preceding non-public session, with the exception of approved applications, responses to motions and disciplinary actions until they are served, from public disclosure pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, III on the grounds that public disclosure would be likely to affect adversely the reputation of a person other than a Board member and to render the proposed action ineffective. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.

Jeffrey Levin, LICSW - The Board approved a Settlement Agreement with Mr. Levin in which he was reprimanded . Board members Karen Jennings and Ronald Dieter recused.
