Minutes of the May 25, 2001, June 8, 2001 and June 15, 2001 meetings were read Motion was made by Judith Coleman and seconded by Ed Moquin to accept the minutes as read.

I. Discussion
1. Mary Woods - Chair of Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse attended the meeting as a guest of the board for a general discussion of what her board does.
II. Correspondence
1. John Brown - response sent to his right to know request dated 5/25. Letters of 5/21 and 6/4 were received and filed.
III. Out of State Travel
1. Motion was made by Judith Coleman and seconded by Ed Moquin to allocate out-of- state travel funds for Paul Finn to travel to ASPPB's meeting in October in Quebec.
Motion passed.
Upon the motion of Ed Moquin and the second of Paul Finn, the Board, by roll call vote, resolved to conduct a non-public session for the purpose of discussing applications and investigations of alleged misconduct of licensees, in accordance with RSA 91-A:3, II(c), RSA 91-A:3, II (e), RSA 91-A:5, IV, Lodge v. Knowlton, 118 N.H. 574 (1978), and the Board's executive and deliberative privileges. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
Upon the motion of Ed Moquin and the second of Paul Finn, the Board by roll call vote, resolved to withhold the minutes of the preceding non-public session, with the exception of approved applications, responses to motions and disciplinary actions until they are served, from public disclosure pursuant t RSA 91-A:3, III on the grounds that public disclosure would be likely to affect adversely the reputation of a person other than a board member and to render the proposed action ineffective. Each member recorded his or her vote on the motion, which passed by the unanimous vote of all members present.
